Help! My Columbian Redtail Got Out of His Cage Last Night

Help! I just discovered my 30in Redtail got out of his cage last night! He's so small I'm afraid we'll never find him. We live on the 7th floor of a high rise if he gets into another apartment not only will we be looking for another place to live but also my husband will loose his job because he works here too. Help!
