I would suggest placing the eggs in very clean substrate that haas already been thoroughly treated with anti-fungal and anti-bacterial agents. A solution of diluted Betadine (povidone iodine, to about the color of weak tea) can be used to gently wipe (not soak) the eggs daily. Reduce the humidity somewhat.

Separate any eggs that do not seem to show as much discoloration in the hopes of saving them. Sometimes a fungal problem does start on the surface and you still have a live embryo inside. Sometimes an egg rots because the occupant is dead, and in that case it's usually a bacterial problem that is originating from the inside.

Candling the eggs (holding them in front of a high powered light) may help to make a determination as to which if any are salvageable.
