Both of my female Western hognose snakes are laying like crazy, the only problem is that the eggs are infertile! They have both been with my male, but a few days after they breed, they lay eggs (of course I know that they had to be gravid at the time of breeding, it's just so hard to tell with the infertile eggs being so small, you can't really feel them inside the females.) Every time I get weight put back on them, they lay again and I'm afraid that this massive egg laying is taking a toll on them! Has anyone had this happen before? If so, what causes this? Any input would be great, I'm really worried about their health! Thanks, Christy
