I recieved my blue bar ambilobes this morning (8:40am) from Amazing Blue Reptiles and all I can say even being young they are still beautiful. They right away went to thier basking spots upon placing them in thier cages. From there I filled up thier drippers turned on the automatic misting systems and they both drank. After that I gave them a good while to settle in and 5 minutes ago (1:00pm) I offered them both some crickets, I didnt even have time to get a few crickets that crawled on my hand off before the female was eating them right off me. The male was shy and he wouldnt come over to eat the crickets I placed on his screen until I walked away. The female I dont know what she is thinking but I watched her 2 times bite the bio-vine. She cant break anything off and she acted surprised when she bit it seeing as it wasnt food. Unfortunatly with the bright lights from the cage my cell phone digital camera doesnt work well all you would see is a bright white light and maybe some leaves from the plants other than that it would be a waste of time trying to use it to take pictures. I will have to get a nice digital camera or have Pernads come over and take pictures for me.
