Hogg Island care is very similar to mainland BCI care. The only difference in my care for Hoggs is that I feed my Hoggs less. I would increase feedings before breeding season for females. But not much. I feed my adult hoggs once a month, for females that would be one large rat a month, I have not bred hoggs but I would increase that to a large rat every 3 weeks. As for caging neonates, I would cage them just like a normal BCI baby, personally for me that means a Boaphile shoebox rack. Arboreal caging would be better but I personally don't have the space for that. Also for your last question, I house every snake seperately, no matter what species/subspecies it is exept when breeding. It is a better situation as far as keeping your snakes healthy and it is easier to feed them.
