What to do...what to do.....

Hey. Yesterday/last night while roaming around her cage hillary decided to go for a soak. Sadly, i filled up the water dish to full and some of the water came out from the top. Now, her cool side of her enclosure is very wet. I don't want to handle her until next weekend so she can ge used to the cage, but i need to take the wet newspaper out. Should i just hanlde her into a snake bag and then clean? will it stress her out a lot?
