very sick honduran???!!!

just noticed this morning that my male hond. milk snake is disoriented ,having trouble righting himself, it seems neurological perhaps.he has had disecdysis for a few days and i've been helping him shed but today he's exhibiting weird symptoms(descrbed above)and he sort of smells bad too-a mystery since his cage is kept clean.he has not been exposed to chemicals or foreign pathogens that i know of.any ideas?
