Casey, very impressive looking Hognose. I personally have seen only one other that large several years back. One a dealer had available in NE Florida. She was a recent WC individual from an unknown to us at least, area that came in from someone out west.

I have about a dozen hognose here (7 being female) that feed on rat pups weekly that are not even close to that size. Some at 5-6 years old. Curious to any locale info. you may have on her? I do hear from others there is a large form of western originating on the northern part of their range.

Now that I have seen this pic I plan on making another post right after this one in a new thread on pics for large westerns. This pic of your's has raised my interest level up again concerning this topic.
