Posted by: zag at Thu Jun 3 19:12:42 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by zag ] I did check the garden section, and all I saw was regular galvanized rolls and some really flimsy garden fencing that seemed to be pvc coated. i did finally get a price quote for a 100' roll of 48" wide -$972.00 plus $55.00 in freight! I know that's a lot more than I need, but if you do the math it's still really expensive for the amount I would need to do one cage. It looks like I'd be better off buying a cage pre-made for those prices. People outside of the reptile world have suggested spraying regular galvanized with some type of plastic coat. I was wondering if you've ever heard of this? -or maybe even having a cage dipped in some kind of non-toxic plastic coat? [ Hide Replies ]
