As for your problem... It will pass... "dragon proof" a room where you can comfortably sit with him by closing all doors, boxes, and removing any shoes or boots he may want to fly into. Sit with him in your hand and let him sit on your chest for about an hour for every two hours you hold him... Let him explore, but keep him within your reach, and move slowly to pick him up. He should get more used to you as time goes on, and as he moves out of his adolescent stage of being a badass...
