first cage

I saw on http://www.corallus.com/caninus/husbandry.html that a simple cage was the best for a new ETB ... anyway i see that most people suggest a Rubbermaid and I was wondering if this http://www.rubbermaid.com/hpd/consumer/product/detail.jhtml?prod=HPFG533600BLUEB&attributeId=HPATT1003&nextType=noValue¤tType=HPCAT02&locationId=LOC00001&thirdMenuIndex=3 was a good first cage for a 9 month old ETB ... Also how do I get the pvc pipe so go across do I cut holes into the Rubbermaid? Also how do you keep the cage so humid w/o it getting very bacteria filled?
