Hey,
There is no way of truly identifying where a Red blood is from, because their range is that much broader than that of the other Short-tails. However, if you're interested in knowing whether this Blood is a Sumatran Red Blood, versus say, a Bangka or Malaysian, then more than likely it is, as the aforementioned bloods are a little rare and less common. Let me also say, that, with out actual collectioin data, it is very difficult to pin any one local to any Red blood.

Bangka Bloods are becoming more and more common place as these animals are being imported with some frequency now, however, it is not possible to say whether this one is. Like I said, more than likely it is a Sumatran, based on the frequency that they are imported versus the Bangka's.
