you would have to have the basking site for the anoles and this would cause the tank to be too warm for tiger salamanders.
There are possible combinations but they are not easy to maintain in the long run. Some suggestions would be
dwarf sirens (Pseudobranchus spp) and green tree frogs, squirrel tree frogs, or grey tree frogs.
Central red-spotted newts (N. v. louisianensis) with squirrel treefrogs, or bird voiced tree frogs.
Central redspotted newts with dwarf sirens
anoles and southern five-lined skinks (Eumeces inexpectus)
Green tree frogs and oak toads (Bufo quercicus)
These are all possibilities of sympatric animals that have similar temperature requirements.
It is really not something for beginners to try as it often fails.
