Sure there are people out there who do send their animals out on breeding loans. Usually they are for high end projects. The guy who you want to do this project with, all he has to do is go out and buy a 250 ready to breed normal female, and not have worry about shipping, and the loss of his albino. Not to mention you want 1.1 hets, and at $750 a pair, this guy is destined to lose.
