First Leopard Litter

Just a quick pic I snapped of the two most extreme variants of the litter that first proved out the leopard trait as a genetic one.







As you can see the animals are very unique, especially their eyes. What I like most about this new "morph" is the fact that they change color at night much like Annulated treeboas and Hog Isle boas do.







This is a pic of one of the black babies born from this litter. This picture was taken outisde in broad daylight and makes the animal appear much more washed out than it appears in reality. Indoors, this thing is still entirely black with an incredible irridescence, it's very difficult to get the true color on digital film. In fact, for some reason, my camera was giving me alot of problems focusing on this animal. It's quite possibly the most stunning Amazon tree boa I've ver seen (IMO).
