While you don't present enough information for me to make a definited assesment, I will at least try to address your question.

Visible skin colour changes can occur if the frog chooses to change it, or sometimes if it is exuviating (shedding its skin). Alternatively, it could also be some sort of fungal infection or swelling (either due to toxins or too much internal water retention/odema).

However, as you mention dusting with vitamins, I shall address that too as a precaution. Frogs have been known from time to time to suffer from hypervitaminosis; vitamin poisoning. When this occurs the frog's kidneys can't keep up with the amount of vitamin being filtered through it, so the frog's other organs start failing one by one. This is relatively rare. It is wise to only dust the frog's food once a week with vitamins, and that too with moderate amounts.
