Well, there's two problems with housing them together:
1) Their humidity requirements are CoMPLETELY different. BPs need humidity at 60%. Bloods need 80 . Thus, if you keep a BP at Blood requirements, the BP will have cronic RIs. Same if you keep the Blood at BP standards.
2) Bloods from from Asia, BPs from from Africa. Which means they have different internal bacteria that they're immune to, but can make the other snake sick, y'know?
If you're worried about cost, here's a cheap setup:
A Sterlite plastic tote with some holes drilled in (actually the best thing to house a Blood it - in hold humidity very nicely for them). ~$10
A human heating pad with 3 settings (make sure to get one WITHOUT an automatic 3 hour or whatever turn off). ~$10-15
A bag of Cypruss mulch. ~$4
Total cost, minus snake, water bowl, and hide = $30 Not bad, eh? ----- -Irish
