White Tree Frog Question

I have a WTF and he does not seem to be eating very well. His skni at his rear legs seems "baggy" He still has three crickets in there running around. I usually put 3-4 in a day...sometimes they are all gone , but sometimes not. I am enclosing a picture of him.Thank You
