Second, you could pass some foreign diseases on to the snake before releasing it. Actually I think in places where it is actually LEGAL to collect herps, it is illegal to releases them after they've been in captivity for ~7 days. What would be the point of keeping one and then releasing it? If you want one, buy it. Lastly, not many people are going to be willing to share their herping spots with the entire world, especially in a state like NJ. | ||
