Yea, I do the same thing, I hav emy humidifier run 2-3 times a day, and i have to change the water every week, but its 50 cents for a gallon of distilled water. Works good the lowest it gets is 60-70, the highest is 90. And the humidty outside here is less then 10 lol. I dont have a problem with mold though or anything, try the venting too, i honestly dont have fans, but I have lots of cacks around my doors, and I hav eholes in teh top, so its not like the air is trapped.
