Did you ask the pet store what he was feeding on? Tell the owner of the petstore that you're having problems and maybe they'll take it back, get it feeding, and give it back to you. Once the snake starts eating you shouldn't have any problems. Talk to the owner of the petstore and see if they can do something about it. Let us know what happens.
