No on Snow x Snow ?

I remember a long while back there was a topic (cannot find it in archives) about what best pairs should be put together for producing snows. The topic shun against a snow x snow breeding. For the life of me I cannot remember what explanation was given as to why. Does anyone remember this or have some info to shed on snow x snow?
