It looks like he rub himself while he was in blue, caused some damage to his old skin, result the new developed skin did not have color in damaged areas. It have a male Hypo with the same problem in his last shed (2 weeks ago). He squeezed on the rat so hard that his skin was damaged (I fed him when he was in blue), and when he shed, that area was white.
