A 100% hatch rate is awesome. I've been getting about 75% to hatch. Of course, many of my females are first year producers.



Anyway, yes, I've had a lot of eggs start to ooze a few weeks prior to hatching. Don't worry about it. I believe they burst due to too much moisture combined with the fact that there's a growing embryo inside, but so far, I've not had any problems hatching those eggs.

What do you think it meant? I have no method for determining the humidity in my deli-cup-incubator, but so far have 100% hatch rate (18 hatchlings), so I must be doing something right.
