Posted by: Simbo at Fri Jun 25 08:48:57 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Simbo ] I had a boa come out of breeding season with a resp. infection. As soon as I noticed it, I started him on shots of Amikasin. I had a vet give me the exact dosage and I gave my boa the injections every three days (I believe it was every three days - I would have to check my records to verify). Amikasin cleared up the resp. infection in no time and I haven't had a problem since. Call a vet and run this by him/her just to see if they recommend it. [ Hide Replies ]
