overweight waterdragon

I have a 3 year old female cwd that I think is very overweight, the problem is that even if I cut down on the amount of food she eats she never loses any weight but just gets fatter. I know she doesn't have eggs because its not just her stomach but her whole body. Just to give a rough idea of her size, her back leg is the thickness of my healthy 4 year old female's tail. She eats about the same as one of my other waterdragons who is much smaller and thinner than her. Any ideas why she is big or how to make her lose weight? Thanks.
