I also would be concerned if the Liquid Nails (though it's a great product) would stand up to the heat. Even though the heat panels don't get *that* warm (still cool enough to touch), heat and glue rarely mix well. Even the best glues are often effected by direct heat and give way. I'd also recommend giving Pro-Products a call and verifying it will work.
