Posted by: onlyboas at Fri Jun 25 13:45:53 2004 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by onlyboas ] I have a situation here that i need advise on i purchased a dbl het albino/stripe breeder male from a very well known breeder back at the end of feb i receieved the animals on march 2 the animal went out of the box and right into a brand new cage and into quarenteen i practice strict quarenteen procedures well 3 weeks ago i notice that the animal was acting funny looking straight up (star gazeing) when i pull him out of his cage he starts cork screwing so i email this breeder and i explain to him everything i have explained here he basicly tells me that his garuntee is 7 days . now i explain that the animal is showing classic symtoms of idb and we all know the lengnth of time it takes symptoms to show i told him i understand his 7 day garuntee and that i am willing to send this animal back to him and would be willing to settle for him to split the losses with me. am i wrong to expect some sort of compisation? also if anyone wants to know this dealers name email me and i will be glad to share [ Hide Replies ]
