Boa constrictors are pretty long lived from what I've read. Some sources I've come across say that they can live up to 40 years...although that seems a little extreme. I know that if not pushed most females take about 4-6 years to hit what most consider prime breeding size, so you would think they could breed until at least 15?
How old and how large is your oldest female boas?
