tank for cresteds

I have had Leos and anoles for quite some time. I am now considering getting some cresteds. I have read up on them and think I can do well by them, but I have a few questions. If I start with a baby or juvie is a 5 gal critter keeper probably best? I have a spare 20 gal long. Would that be good on end to house 2 adults or should I look into a screen enclosure? Lastly, I am looking at mail ordering from some breeders listed here. Any input on good ones or warnings on bad ones would be appreciated.
