When my RETFs got sick whatever the case they always had blotchy discoloration. I raised several tadpoles and almost all of them died. I got used the to the hi tail signs of discoloration of their bodies as indication that something was wrong. Side note raising RETFs from Tads is not easy, even in nature a high % of them do not survive their transformation. I hope that your frog is just stressed and can get back to health soon.
