Laying only one egg, hmmmm Your thoughts please

One of my female Cresteds has laid only one egg with each of the last three clutches. She is very healthy by all appearances however. She gets plenty of food, Calcium and water. She also appears to be getting larger around the middle section as though she is possibly egg bound. Has anyone ever had an eggbound reptile lay a single egg and retain the other? Also, if she is eggbound does anyone have a method of helping her out? She is my best and favorite and I wouldn't want anything to happen to her. ANy help and/or recommendations appreciated!
