It should be about 90 degrees on the floor of the warm side of the tank. The heat pad should only cover about a third of the tank though instead of half.



The books say to have at least one hide on each side of the tank, but my leos enjoy having a hide in the middle as well. (Or at least a hide that partially covers both the warm and the middle temps.)
