My first hatchling! Help!

I'm so excited I can't type! Just checked my eggs and found a baby. Not supposed to hatch for another two weeks at least!

Should I leave it in the incubator or take it out? I've got a place prepared for the babies, but have not set up the heat yet, as I expected a few weeks to finish.

Any advice will be appreciated. I'm actually too excited to think.
