With the exception of crypto, parasites in leos can be treated. I've seen leos in far worse shape than yours make miraculous comebacks, but that's because the owners don't mope around--they get off their butt and do the work. In my opinion, you had plenty of time to save that gecko. Stop feeling sorry for yourself, and stop expecting us to feel sorry for you.
