Are you certain she has "worms"? There are many internal parasites that can affect them besides worms.
Have you had a fecal done at a veterinary office yet?
I would strongly recommend (as a vet tech/asst) that you go and take her next poo sample, call the nearest herp knowledgeable veterinarian and have them do a fecal. Since it is reptile poo, you'll need to refrigerate it in an airtight container, until they can do the fecal unless you are lucky enough to get a sample just minutes before you go.
There, you'll be able to find out what type of parasites you are going to be dealing with. You can find most worm eggs in a fecal floatation but a direct smear will be your best method in showing protozoans. All in all, it's best to do both types of fecals unless you saw worms (usually you will only see pieces of tapeworms that look like little white grains of rice, and roundworms can be seen by the naked eye). Feel free to email me for more detailed explanations (I just woke up so I'm braindead right now but it's warming up> LOL).
Just message me here by clicking on my name TenorGoddess on the upper left and it'll email me with your questions. ;D
I'd personally like to hear more details about what you are seeing as far as parasites so you can get the best route to treating your boa. It's best to find out exactly what's going on, rather than to assume and treat with something that "might" take care of the problem (there are NO one dewormers or anything that kills all internal parasites so while you may be protecting your snake against one type, there could be a more serious problem with another type that isn't affected by the medicine that just continues to build up inside and that will be way more costly down the line).
If anyone else has any suggestions other than what I've said, please offer some advice. ;D
Hugs!
