I know how you feel. Its not the insects so much as the chemicals that are used on the grass these days. Everyone is always trying to make their lawns thicker with grass with less weeds (me included).



But you cant beat natural sunlight for taking good pictures (at least I havent found the secret). What I did was cut down a piece of waffer board to 4x3' and covered it in felt. Then I take that outside to set my boas on to take pics.

You will probably need a little bigger board for adult boas. I havent tried this with any of my adults yet.
