I've been using it for nearly a year now, and its really good stuff.

Since I work for an enviornmental firm, we have all kinds of water testing supplies just lying around in the lab. So... I decided to test just how effective the ReptiSafe was. After using the suggested amount of ReptiSafe the Ph was down by 2 points to almost neutral and chlorine concentration was reduced to nearly 0%

Chloramine concentration was reduced, but not by very much.

I had no way to test "electrolyte" level, so I'll just take their word for it on that.

Overall a good product though.
