Getting back on F/T?

I have a 3 month old western hognose who, for the last 5 weeks or so, was on a hunger strike. After trying various scenting methods and tricks on frozen pinks to no avail, I decided to try a live pink today. He gobbled it up immediately, so YAY (I should have tried that right off the bat). Now my question is, how do I get him back to accepting f/t pinks? Any tips are appreciated.

(the less time I have to pay $1.12 each on live pinks the better!)
