i remeber seeing something on realTV or something like that with a chicken that laid an egg that was huge. ended up being an egg within an egg. was there any other egg to be found? as far as i knew clutches were usually 2 eggs, unless shes young/just started laying. unfortunately, if this is an egg within an egg, the one on the inside is closest to normal, and if it develops its gonna have to make it thru two eggs! good luck.
