I got to the show fairly early and was able to observe the ball morphs very closely (before the crowds came). I must say that I was very impressed with the mojave and clown morphs. As with all of the other morphs, pictures truly do not do any of these snakes justice. By far the morph I was most impressed with was the snow. The Snake Keeper had a booth in which they had a display that had the ivory, snow, lavendar albino, and a few others. The red eyes on the smooth white body of the snow was very impressive (their axanthics were very clean).

I did go in looking for a Hogg Isle Boa but ended up with a large female ball from Outback Reptiles. She has scars from rat bites from its previous owner, but otherwise appears to be in good health (it was a trade-in). She is very docile and will make a great display pet for my classroom. Hopefully she will take pre-killed rats. She is already settled in and peeking out of her hide as if she's saying "feed me!"
