I bought this female ball from lady who have kept her with a male for several years. The snake had great length but bad body weight when picked her up.
She ate great on medium rats and after a month I could she was gravid. She continued to eat after ovulation and I really thought she was going to lay slugs so I kept feeding her heavily to help build up her body weight.
Well, on 7/9/04 she shed and on 7/11/04 she took a huge crap and drop 2 eggs, either of which was viable but not the worst slugs Ive seen. Well it has been several hours since I noticed the eggs which she did not attempt to incubate and she has not drop any more but still has atleast 4 eggs left.

My question and thoughts are:
1. Did she drop these eggs while she deficated because they weren't viable?
2. Should I wait a full month expecting her to lay eggs on a normal schedule?
3. The remaining eggs are most likely slugs and I have never heard of a snake being egg bound with slugs. The first two eggs weighted 20 grams a piece.

All thought and opinions welcomed.

Thanks Tony Hurt
