I was pretty excited to read this in his book. I'd also like to know if you need live plants for it to work? It didn't even occur to me to put the plant right in the mix - I was thinking about just leaving it in a pot. Would this work?



I'm also wondering if I could just use ESUs Jungle Mix Lizard Litter?
