I incubate my crested eggs at 76.5 degrees and they usually hatch in approx. 70-80 days. I use 2parts perlite to 1 part water by weight in a ziplock tub with 4 pin holes for air circulation within the container. An incubator is not necessary and eggs will hatch at room temp, they just take longer. I would not recommend incubating above 82.
