handling for cleaning

About 2 weeks ago I got a young (about 2 month) Crested. He seems to be doing well. I have been doing spot cleaning in the tank, but I know that soon I will need to do a full cleaning. I just don't really know the best way to get my gecko out of there. He is getting more used to me and doesn't get too jumpy when I move around in the tank, but still doesn't seem comfortable when I put my hand too near him.



So, what is the best way to handle/get him out of there without freaking him out too much?
