*smiles* This idea is rather familiar.. Unfortunately, Many of the people you're aiming it toward won't read it, or they'll ignore it... And eventually, it'll get lost in all the threads and then pushed back pages.  KS needs to stick something like this at the top of the thread page (yeah, like Terms of Service, which no one reads, either!).
I'm just speaking from experience... We'll just hope someone pays attention.
