skin question

My ball python has, almost blister like bumps on her scales. The are white in color. I have given her a warm soak, and I thought maybe they were mites but they seem to big. And they don't move so I don't think they are ticks. I am taking her off aspen tommorow and putting her on paper towels. Also her eyes were cloudy like she was going to shed and now they are clear. Can anyone help me?

Also I am planning on taking her to the vet soon. Ans she is about 3-4 months old and 20 inches. She was eating well but I haven't fed becuase I thought she was going to shed. Should I feed her again?
