Right before a shed, the snakes eyes will get cloudy, then they will go clear again, and shortly after (1-2 days) they will shed. Your snake should be shedding really soon if the eyes just went clear. The white bumps on the skin probably has to do with the shed. Just wait until after it sheds, and I am sure everything will be fine. Good luck.
