Give it the couple days to shed, when the eyes cloud up, they are in the midst of a shed, and need to make sure they have plenty of water and humidity (but not too much !) so that they can slide out of it properly.
When the eyes clear up, they are almost ready to actually lose the old skin, generally within 2 to 3 days they will climb out of the old one.
As far as the bumps, I have never, personally, seen such a thing happen simply due to shed... so keep a CLOSE, CLOSE eye on it.. give it until the snake sheds, and if those bumps are still there, take it TO A VET as soon as is possible...
