Need to ship Internationaly to UK - Was reading on CITES

i just briefly looked at the forms needed to import/export and was wondering what time frame can i expect before i obtain the permit to export? Im thinking about going back on the deal as its more work for me just to ship this animal out.



Or are their any pet shops in the So Cal area that would be willing to ship this item that already have their permits - I of course would pay all required fees
